Dave Neafus, CPA

Chief Financial Officer

David Neafus serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Virion Therapeutics, LLC. He is also the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Triton Resources (www.tritonresourcesinc.com). David has more than 25 years of experience in the life sciences and technology industries, including scaling companies for growth, equity and debt raises, mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, strategic analysis, and turnarounds. He has helped companies raise approximately $2 billion in equity/debt/partnerships/grants, with liquidity events totaling more than $6.4 billion. In addition, David brings with him extensive experience in developing sustainable accounting and finance functions and infrastructures for dozens of clients. He received his B.A. from the University of Minnesota and his M.B.A. from Bentley University. He is C.P.A. certified and is considered a leader based upon his experience and success in this sector.
